Chapter 231: Getting the permit
After the encounter with Drishti and Joachim in Magia Pierre, Coco proceeded to go to the village hall.
Coco walked through the bustling streets leading to the village’s hall, her steps light and her eyes taking in the various events of people around her.
The air was filled with the sounds of people going about their daily lives, the shouts of men, women, and mediators calling for someone they know, the giggles and laughter of children, and the chatter of passersby had reached her ears.
The village was alive with various activities, its streets filled with people going about their business.
However, despite the hustle and bustle of everyone, the woman’s attention was focused solely on her destination, her gaze fixed straight ahead as she made her way towards the hall.
The street was narrow, the houses that lined it tall and packed closely together, their stone walls a mixture of vibrant and dark colors.
Overhead, she could see some laundry stretched from window to window, drying sheets and clothing visible through the open windows as the people in the houses talked to others outside of their house.
The path sloped slightly and gently downward, curving around a sharp corner before ending at a large building.
Coco continued to move through the streets with fast strides, her gaze fixed ahead of her as she made her way towards the village hall.
