He couldn’t believe that she really won’t respond to his presence or attempts to get her attention, her indifference infuriating him to no end, making the man feel like a fool, standing there being ignored as if he was not even there.
His anger bubbled up to the surface, his body tensing up as he struggled to control his emotions.
