Chapter 165: A tantrum
"With Ruby? Ah, yes, I did have fun." Coco responded to Quizen’s question with a small smile.
The blue haired mediator narrowed his eyes at her, a look of disbelief and disdain crossing his handsome features as his shoulders stiffen.
"Really?" The question came out forced from his mouth, "So, you’re not even hiding it anymore?"
Coco hummed and shook her head while shrugging her shoulders with a nonchalant expression on her face, "What’s there to hide? Hide that Ruby asked me for permission to sit with me while I eat so she could apologize?"
Coco raised an eyebrow. "Is that it? I didn’t know that you would be such a shallow person to not let someone sincerely apologize if they wanted to."
"Wha— Wha.. What? Apologize?" He stammered out before he pointed an accusing finger on Coco’s chest, "You can’t fool me. I saw what I saw and it didn’t look like she was apologizing!"
Coco’s gaze shifted from the mediator’s face down to the finger that was protruding her chest, "You saw what you saw..? Then, tell me, what did you see?"
She returned her attention back to his face and smacked his wrist gently to stop him from pointing at her.
Quizen gasped and cradled his hand, as if he couldn’t believe that Coco would smack his hand away after all what had happened for the past couple of weeks.
His face contorted in anger, his nostrils flaring.
"I saw that woman smiling and sending you looks that screams she wants to have your baby— ack!" Quizen flinched when Coco suddenly grabbed him by the arm and swept him off his feet.
