Chapter 3: Unfair mission
"Ugh.. Why does my body hurt so bad? I thought you placed my soul on another version of myself in this dimension? I feel like I got run over a truck, mauled under eight wheelers, had my head pound by a hammer." Coco complained to the fairy since the two of them came into an agreement that she won't be reincarnated, instead, she will transmigrate into another Coco in the youngest dimension known to fairies and deities.
"Oh no!" Lala lets out a horrified cry as she took a look at Coco's body, "You're hurt! You're bleeding so much, human!"
"No, shit sherlock, lala. My arms and legs have cuts all over them, my head is bleeding and my guts felt like it got run over by a truck so it's very obvious that I'm hurt!" Coco exclaimed exasperatedly, rubbing her head to lessen the ache from the wound that looks like it stopped bleeding after a few hours of just being there.
That makes her wonder though, what is the Coco in that dimension doing in the middle of nowhere? With cuts in her skin and head bleeding badly? She looked around, finding tall trees, abnormally thick bushes, tall grasses, and there's a sound coming in all direction. She suddenly felt a shiver run down her spine, feeling uneasy as she look at her arms and legs to ignore her surrounding.
"Wait, human! I received a letter from Lulu!" The fairy's voice snapped her out of her inner turmoil and looked at her. A small scroll appeared in front of Lala and it rolled open once it appeared. The fairy read the contents quietly and Coco waited patiently, the throbbing from her wounds wouldn't subside so she kept groaning.
"Is Lulu your sister or brother? Sounds like Lulu's an important fairy for you to read the letter in front of me." Coco commented and slowly stood up from her spot, she stretched her limbs bit by bit and groaned in pain when her bones popped back into their sockets.
Did someone try to kill Coco? It looked like she got ambushed due to the tattered clothes she's wearing. The cuts and the wounds on her body can stand as a proof as well.
A notification sound echoed in the air and caught her attention, making her previous thoughts disappear into the back of her mind temporarily. A big and dirty scroll appeared in front of her and rolled open.
