Chapter 51 -: 51, Second Round
As the end of the first round of the tournament was announced, ’Alchemist Gabriel’, one of the 30 summoned Blessed, looked at his three companions who had received classes that were completely of utility category with no way for offensive roles.
’Tinker Fiona’ was sitting right beside him. Her A-rank Class was mainly focused on repairing, upgrading and hacking the magical technology of this world. It was indeed a very useful class as the technology of this world was quite advanced despite the world still living in the medieval age.
It was a weird combination indeed, but the technologies were also bizarre and powerful. Upgrading and hacking them would provide a great advantage against other local forces of this world. But the most useful ability was none other than repairing them.
It would save so much excess time that other people spend on repairing the said devices.
Beside Fiona was sitting ’Vow Keeper Daisy’. Her A-rank class did only one thing, anyone who makes a vow in her presence is bound to fulfill them. Going against the vow, the person would receive the wrath of the World Will.
Their strength and enhancement gained through Tribulation would regress and many other things that would be despairing for anyone of this world.
Currently she can only influence the vow of some at most one tribulation higher than her. As she was far from withstanding her first tribulation, she can only affect people below level 200, the ones who have yet to pass their second Tribulation.
Her exp gaining was also a bit complex but much more efficient than the others. She just has to witness people make a vow and the exp she would receive would depend on the level of the vow maker.
Aside from them, ’Artificer Caleb’ was sitting right beside Gabriel. His A-rank class was good with the ability to create artifacts.
But the most unique trait was the S-rank innate skill he awakened. It was the main ability of an Artificer, ’Artifact Creation’. First he needed a vessel that would become an artifact, and then he could pay a certain price like mana or something else in exchange for the vessel to become an artifact it was most suitable for.
And last but not the least, ’Alchemist Gabriel’ with his A-rank class was sitting there among the ones you’d call basically useless in the middle of a battlefield. None of them had any chance of getting physically stronger unless they start to learn the mystical arts of this world that are mostly external.
But they were not something they can learn in just the estimated two years the demon invasion is supposed to happen. If they had Dainsleif’s Red attribute [Prodigy], then maybe they could have learned them enough besides improving their class, but alas it was a pity.
