Shen Luo had already received a transmission from Beiming Kun, learning that both Ao Hong and Yuan Qiu were now out of danger, so he didn’t stop the Ancestral Dragon, allowing him to flee on his own.
After confirming that the Ancestral Dragon had indeed left, Manjushri Bodhisattva and the Ape Ancestor both simultaneously turned their gaze towards Shen Luo. The former had a hint of hesitation in his eyes, while the latter’s eyes roamed openly back and forth between Shen Luo and Nie Caizhu.
Granny Sun glanced at the two and thought silently to herself that this was not good. There was nothing discernible from Manjushri Bodhisattva, but the gaze of the Ape Ancestor was clearly assessing the strength of Shen Luo and his companion, considering whether or not to take action.
"Friend Shen, since we have formed an alliance, feel free to speak if there’s anything you need." Granny Sun’s timely voice rang out.
Upon hearing this, Manjushri Bodhisattva turned his gaze toward Granny Sun, while the Ape Ancestor’s expression showed a slight change.
"Thank you, Granny." Shen Luo immediately responded with a smile, unhurriedly replying.
"Amitabha." Manjushri Bodhisattva’s expression did not change much. After uttering a Buddhist chant, he turned and left.
The Ape Ancestor quickly shrank and returned to human form, his brows furrowed. Seeing that Manjushri Bodhisattva had already left, he could only shake his head to himself and turned to leave, not daring to risk a confrontation with Shen Luo and the others.
Once they had all left, Shen Luo let out a sigh of relief, waved his hand, and released Beiming Kun and the other two from the Map of Mountains and Rivers.
Seeing Ao Hong and Yuan Qiu already unconscious on the ground, Shen Luo’s expression turned serious as he immediately stepped forward to check on them.
"Don’t worry. They’ve only suffered from severe divine sense depletion and have some injuries. They will recover after some rest." Beiming Kun said.
After saying this, his gaze slightly narrowed as he looked at the green skeleton.
