About a dozen feet away, a tall figure clad in dark black armor stood there, hunching forward slightly. The once square face was completely distorted, the nose shortened and darkened, the chin sharpened, and the ears lengthened. He looked just like a fox.
More eerily, in the middle of his forehead, the flesh split open, revealing an amber vertical eye.
"Three-eyed Demon Fox, you’re still alive!?” Shen Luo blurted out.
The demon fox ignored his question, its gaze fixed on the pond behind him, seemingly preoccupied with the golden finger bone.

Shen Luo made no reply; he looked at Zhui Tou with questioning eyes.
