But in the world of Fixers, it had long been considered extinct.

The primary deity who granted divine power had vanished along with the destruction of another world.

At its core, divine magic was a spiritual contract—an exchange of faith and focus in return for power.

And if the source of that power no longer existed, then divine magic itself should have ceased to exist.

For decades, ever since otherworlders first arrived on Earth,

the remaining priests had desperately tried to revive divine power.
