The next morning at breakfast, when Yang Ruxin saw Gu Yao, looking bright and refreshed, step out, she quickly winked at Erni behind her, causing Erni’s face to turn red as a monkey’s butt again.
"How’s it going?" Yang Ruxin poked Erni quietly.
Erni was so embarrassed she wished she could crawl into a crevice.
"Xuexue, let me tell you, this won’t do," Yang Ruxin looked toward Gu Yao, who had already gone to the dining hall, then stopped walking and held Erni’s face with both hands, "Look at Ayao, just like his brother, born with a demonically charming face. If you don’t completely bewitch him now, someday a little ’demon’ might come along, and you’ll cry without finding a tune..."
"Sister-in-law, I’m not that kind of person," suddenly a voice came from behind.
Yang Ruxin jumped with a start, turned around, and found Gu Yao had, for some reason, returned to stand behind her, which left her rolling her eyes speechlessly.
