The subordinate flattered him, "I heard Sarah is in a wheelchair, her emotions have been so volatile that her wounds reopened, and many witnessed blood seeping through her clothes."
Haley’s smile widened, "Sarah is truly foolish, wasting her lineage. The Bai Family has so many people abroad and so much business to conduct. Given her status, she’d have support just by standing up. Yet she only wants to go back and be the lady of that declining family! No wonder her mother wanted to choose me as the heir."
The subordinate said, "Rest assured, soon all of this will be yours."
Haley took a deep breath and walked to the window.
"The goods are arriving tomorrow. Is everything arranged? I want those people to see who can truly bring them profit."
"Don’t worry, everything is ready. There will be a banquet tomorrow night, and the goods will be auctioned."
