My mates in Beastworld

Chapter 263 Pathetic plan

It was midnight in a cold, foggy forest. The castle, made of limestone, appeared blurry through the mist. Inside one of the castle’s rooms, Sandra shoved the naked man off her, her movements quick and fueled by rage.

"Damn it, Benjamin!" she screamed, her voice thick with frustration. "If you can’t handle me with other men, then just mate with me!" Her eyes blazed with fury as she glared at him, daring him to respond.

But Benjamin remained unaffected, his face impassive, void of any emotion. "Shut up," he spat coldly, his voice as icy as the winter beyond the foggy castle. His gaze darkened as he stared her down. "I don’t care who you are, and don’t think for a second you can force me into anything. You know what I’m capable of." His words cut through the heavy atmosphere like a blade.

Sandra sneered, crossing her arms as she reclined against the bed, a cruel laugh escaping her lips. "Then I’m done helping you with your pathetic plan! Three years, Benjamin! Three years of failure!" Her laugh was sharp, mocking, as the naked man beside her watched with lust-filled eyes. "Oh wait... no, you’ve been trying since you were born, haven’t you? And what have you achieved?" She threw her head back, her laughter echoing through the room. "The only task you had was to cut off Damon’s wings! But you couldn’t even manage that!"

Benjamin’s expression darkened, his icy aura growing even colder as Sandra’s mocking words echoed in the room. His eyes narrowed into slits, and his jaw tightened. "You think it was that easy?" he spat, his voice sharp and Cold. "If it weren’t for you interfering in my plan three years ago, Damon would be dead by now. Do you have any idea how dangerous he is? Far more than you could ever comprehend."

He stepped closer to her, his cold gaze cutting into her like daggers. "I thought you had one purpose. You were supposed to make Damon fall in love with you, manipulate him, weaken him." He sneered, his disgust evident. "But you’re useless. You couldn’t even accomplish that."

Sandra flinched under his sharp stare but kept her defiant posture, though her bravado was clearly wavering. Benjamin’s voice dropped low, filled with venom as he hissed, "You better start behaving, Sandra, or I’ll have no choice but to end you myself. You’re not worth anything otherwise."

His words lingered, the threat heavy in the air. There was no warmth, no remorse in his gaze-only cold, calculating malice. The fog outside the castle seemed to press harder against the windows, as if mirroring the intensity inside, while Sandra’s once bold aura faltered under the weight of Benjamin’s icy wrath.

Sandra’s arrogance faltered further under Benjamin’s cold glare. For a moment, the room was silent, filled only with the oppressive tension between them. She opened her mouth, as if to speak back, but no words came out. Her earlier bravado had vanished, replaced by a flicker of fear she couldn’t hide.

Benjamin took a step closer, looming over her. "You think you have any power here, Sandra?" he continued, his voice like steel. "You forget who you’re dealing with. Damon isn’t the only one you should fear. I’ve spent my entire life hunting him, understanding every weakness, every strength. And you... you were supposed to be my weapon, my key to breaking him."
