Chapter 83 Space Capsule
Lucas curiously watched Kyra, his tail wagging energetically as a smile lit up her face. She gently caressed his head.
"Are you curious about what’s in that bag or where it went? I’ll show you," Kyra said softly with small smile.
Lucas raised his eyes toward her, clearly intrigued.
Kyra’s smile widened as she noticed Lucas’s excitement. She tapped her wrist twice, and a bracelet appeared on her hand. The bracelet was simple yet beautiful, featuring a round, sparkling diamond in the center.
Kyra quickly pressed a button on the bracelet, and Lucas’s eyes widened in amazement as something shiny manifested on her hand.
A robotic voice spoke, [Please verify your fingerprint to start.]
A small screen appeared on Kyra’s hand. Lucas growled at the unfamiliar object, unsettled by the light it emitted and the voice it produced.
"No, Lucas, it’s not a threating," Kyra reassured him. She rubbed his head, enjoying the softness of his fur.
The robotic voice spoke again, [Identification completed! Please input a six-digit passcode. Please note, after inputting the password, the next time you use the space capsule, you will only need your fingerprint.]
Kyra looked at the screen. She remembered that the last time she had used the device, she had shut it down for an update, which took several months to complete.
She wasn’t worried about the bag’s safety, as only she could access it. Although she could grant access to another person by adding their fingerprint, it was a lengthy process she had not yet undertaken.
