Kyra also wanted to join the others and explore the lands alongside them. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to leave this castle with Lucas. However, her excitement was quickly overshadowed by an excruciating pain coursing through her body. It felt as though every bone was on the verge of tearing apart, making it impossible for her to accompany them.
Currently, Kyra was curled up in her bed, drenched in sweat that cascaded down her body, soaking her clothes completely. She let out a groan, her hands tightly gripping her hair as the unbearable pain persisted. She attempted to take deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling slowly, desperately trying to find some relief.
Feeling the pain, Kyra noticed a faint ringing in her ears, but her focus was clouded, preventing her from fully comprehending her surroundings. She strained to make out the voices that reached her ears.
"No, Emma, we can't do that. There's still a guard outside. If they find out..." someone whispered anxiously.
"What! I've already seduced them. Now get rid of this bitch. I can't stand the sight of a stranger who's more beautiful than me," a malicious voice responded venomously.
"But, what should I tell the boss? He..." the hesitant voice trailed off.
"I don't give a damn! I don't want this female here," the furious voice snapped.
"Alright," he reluctantly replied.
"Wait!" Emma exclaimed as she glanced at Kyra, who was curled up in bed, clearly in a distressing state. Despite her condition, Kyra's beauty still shone through, her face flushed with sweat.
