Zizi Kaba sat in front of the Old Dean, quietly waiting.

Those dissatisfied with the cosmic races and their recent circumstances were far more than just Ye Zhongming, Jie Kui, White Robe, and those people.

Zizi Kaba was also dissatisfied. So one year, in the Library Palace, a place he thought was detached from worldly strife, he inadvertently revealed his true feelings. After over a decade of contact, he became an outside agent for the Library Palace. After another five years, he became the leader of the outside agents.

The responsibilities he handled were simple to describe but difficult to execute—everything the Library Palace needed him to do.

Today, Zizi Kaba brought a message, a message very important to both the Library Palace and himself.

Concerning Darkstrip City, concerning the Star-Eye Clan, concerning Ye Zhongming.

Zizi Kaba actually knew that the Library Palace had another line on the outside. But who was responsible for it, who the members were, he completely didn't know. But this wasn't a threat to him because the Old Dean had proactively told him about it, while also informing him that, apart from overlapping in certain intelligence aspects, both sides had their respective tasks in other areas.

He didn't know if the other line had transmitted this message back, but since he knew it had, he must bring it over at the earliest moment.
