Days of my Life: Rewrite

"I thought you said you were going to be yourself" Kakashi asked as he saw Leo back to dressing like a boy.

"Of course I did, but today is the day" Leo replied as she combs her hair.

"What day?"

"You know that the witches and the demon hunters work together"

"No"

"Well today is the day they both come together for the baptism and they will a meeting. The demon hunters need the witches magic to create weapon that can kill demons, and since my father is among the higher ranked hunters, he’s sure to be here" Leo turned around. "Do I look boyish enough?"

Kakashi sighed and walked towards her. "You don’t need to try to convince your dad"

"I need to, if I don’t... I just can’t let him see me as a failure. He believes I’m useless because I have no karma but if I prove to him that I can still be use-"

Kakashi covered her mouth with is hand. "You’re not a tool, stop looking down on yourself"
