Karen looked at the report in his hand, fingers tapping on the desk intermittently, his breath carrying a heavy scent of alcohol.
Lately, he had been under a lot of pressure.
His colleague, Galan, had disappeared without reason.
And Galan’s assignment had ended up in his hands.
