Brian rubbed his hands with a sense of ritual, lay down flat on the sofa, and closed his eyes.
He found himself once again in that familiar white space.
In the space,
a golden orb floated, accompanied by two smaller specks of light.
The golden orb was a Gift from completing Mad Dog Ike’s obsession.
It made Brian wonder if all the Skill Orbs representing skills from now on would be gold.
It certainly looked high-end.
The two tiny lights were fragments of memory from the giver of the obsession, dating back to their lifetimes.
