Chapter 375: Mel Birthday
After the dinner party with her friends and close family was over. Mel immediately went to her bedroom, leaving her friends in another wing of Tanner Mansion. All her Eat Hard and Play Hard Gang also Royal City’s friends will stay overnight at Tanner Mansion, including Hiro and Mother Nakayama. Luckily, the mansion is big and has many guest rooms to accommodate all her friends.
Only an hour left for her birthday. She cleans herself and changes into her nightgown. When she had just come out of the wardrobe, she saw the TV in the room was on and Andrew’s face appeared on the TV.
"My dear wife, you look so beautiful in that nightgown...are you ready for bed?" Andrew couldn’t take his eyes off his wife, who fit perfectly in her knee-high white nightgown. Her black hair fell beautifully down her back, and her face looked radiant like a light shining on her pretty face. He felt like he wanted to go to the Tanner Mansion and hug her.
"Hmm, I purposely clean up first so I can go to sleep immediately when I’m sleepy. Husband, where are you now?" Mel couldn’t see her husband’s background at this time because it was dark. It’s like he’s out of the house. Was he still in Misty Mountain?
"I was outside, taking a walk. I miss you... I can’t sleep, and I want to go to your place..." He said sadly. While looking at Tanner Mansion from a distance. W Mansion was above the Mountain District, while Tanner Mansion was at the bottom, he could still see the place even though it wasn’t clearly visible.
"Don’t be sad. We will unite again in a few hours. Are you ready to pick me up tomorrow?" Mel tries to divert her husband’s mind. She was afraid he would appear at Tanner Mansion gate soon.
"I know. But I don’t think I can sleep right now. I wanted to go there now..."
"Hahaha, My dad will be mad if you come now," Mel said while laughing.
But Mel knows the truth. Her father was not too rigid, so he wouldn’t mind if Andrew had suddenly appeared. Her father even would have let Andrew go up to her room, and they will end up sleeping together till tomorrow.
