Chapter 349: Taking Photo
Next day.
Mel is planning to visit the Tanner Group’s head office.
Today her father asked her to meet. He said there was something important he wanted to talk to her about. And her father proposes to have breakfast at his office. So, this morning she left early. And as usual, her husband always drove her to the office. But today was different. He took her to the Tanner Group building. Which is located in the business district not far from his office.
As she entered Tanner building, she felt a mix of feelings welling up in her heart. Between happy and sad. She feels glad because Vivian has finally left the Tanner Group. But she also feels sad because she remembers when her mother took her to see his father’s office in the past.
She walks into the spacious lobby with Irina following close behind her. She tries to adjust her feelings and tries not to cry. When she approached the receptionist desk, two women greeted her politely.
"Morning miss, is there anything we can help with?" They said in unison.
Mel returned their friendly smile. She was pleased with the friendliness of Tanner’s employees. "Morning. Yes, I have an appointment meeting with your CEO Mr. Alan Tanner..."
The receptionist was surprised to see a petite and beautiful young woman asking to meet their CEO in the morning. This is the first time they have experienced this during their time working here. They hold back from not asking this beautiful girl.
"Sorry, Miss... but Mr. Tanner hasn’t come yet. You may wait in the lounge over there." The short hair receptionist said.
