Chapter 306: She Felt Cheerless
They start to eat while talking to each other. But Anna was so visibly avoiding speaking out loud, and she didn’t dare look at Hiro. She feels shy when her boyfriend comes, and she is a little afraid of her friends’ reactions. However, after a while, others did not tease her. She started to enjoy her lunch.
After they finish eating lunch, they move to the sofa to chat.
Mel sat with Hiro as they talked about launching the MT Group plan. While the others are busy talking about gossip that is trending in social media.
Hiro told Mel about all the preparations that had been done. Hiro started with a list of guests. Media promoted as well as venues and performers. Mel only heard Hiro’s report without being involved. She believes in Hiro’s capability.
After they finish talking about the launching plans. Hiro suddenly told Mel about the land they wanted to buy near the green district for the B2 Property project.
Mel was surprised that the project had begun to show some progress. This project was long overdue because the last owner of the land never came back to this country. But, now they finally agreed to meet them tomorrow. Make her feel so happy.
"Hiro... you are the best. You finally can make an appointment with them." She raises her two thumbs to praise him.
"Boss, it’s nothing to be proud of." He humbled himself while laughing. "I’m just lucky they answered my call. Can you join me tomorrow when I meet them? Actually, I sold your name. I told them our owner wanted to meet with them. So they immediately agreed."
In fact, Hiro had started to give up looking for the landowners because they never answered when they could come to the city of J. But when he said that Mel would go with him to meet them, all of a sudden, the landowner agreed to meet him and asked to meet tomorrow.
