Chapter 290: A Jealous Husband
While Simon still lingers with his feelings.
Andrew can feel his wife’s attitude towards Simon was different when she was with his other brothers. He tilted his head so he could see his wife’s face. When he saw her face looking uncomfortable, he felt alert "What happened, wife? Are you not feeling well?"
Mel was surprised when her husband whispered to her. She immediately looked at him. Their faces were so close that Mel could feel her husband’s breath brushing against hers "Husband, I’m fine. I just feel a little bit drained..."
How could he forget? His wife has just come back from Moscow, she must be tired. "Wife, you can go back to the bedroom. I’ll talk to brother Simon first." Andrew felt sorry for her.
Mel nodded. After saying goodbye to Simon, she immediately left them and headed for the East Wing. Today she was exhausted after flying from Moscow to Royal City. When she saw brother Simon, she felt uneasy being in the same room with him. Makes her want to leave them immediately.
After Mel left the room, Andrew and Simon moved into the living room in the Mid-Wing. They didn’t talk for a while, just enjoyed the wine in silence.
Not long after, Andrew broke the silence. "Brother, tell me your story with my wife...?" He could sense that his wife’s relationship with Simon wasn’t as simple as she had said earlier.
Simon saw his best friend without reply. But from the look in his eyes he said that there was nothing he needed to explain. Simon just raised her wine to toast... "Congrats brother, I hope you make her happy till the end of your life...."
Andrew didn’t receive his toast. His sharp eyes stared at Simon, as if he was forcing Simon to tell the truth.
