Chapter 266: Mysterious Owner
After a while...
Mel suddenly felt someone was taking off her clothes. She immediately opened her eyes and saw her husband sitting on the edge of the bed, his hands unbuttoning her shirt. When their eyes met, there was a flash of shock in his eyes.
"Husband...?" Mel asks, confused while trying to get up.
"Wife, I thought you would continue to sleep until morning, so I intend to change your clothes into more comfortable clothes..."
"Husband, I think I got jetlag. What’s the time now?" She now sits on the edge of the bed, looking at her husband.
"It’s 7 pm, we have to go to the dining room. I think by now, Grandpa and the others have started eating breakfast...."
Mel was stunned. She immediately got up and changed her clothes. After that, they quickly headed to the dining room in the mid-wing of the castle. When they arrived at the dining room... Mel saw that Grandpa was already sitting at the dining table but had not yet started eating.
"Grandpa? Why don’t you start eating?" Mel looked at her watch, which had been adjusted to the Royal City clock. It was already 7.15 pm.
"Grandpa is waiting for your husband. I thought you were sleeping?" Grandpa was surprised to see Mel join the dinner. Earlier, he was called by Andrew who informed him that Mel might not be able to have dinner with them because she was still asleep.
