Chapter 258: Curiosity
The next day.
Today Mel is planning to visit XTeam headquarter. She wants to meet Alex. Mel wants to discuss whether the clues given by Vivian are valid or not. She was very sure that what Vivian said was related to the leaking of data about the whereabouts of the BW7 file.
"Wife, what time are you leaving?" Mel, who woke up in Andrew’s arms, smiled to see her husband still cuddle with her in the bed. She closed her eyes again while tightening her hug, not wanting to wake up.
After a minute, she finally responded to his question... "My appointment with the second brother at 11 AM in the XTeam HQ. Husband, I don’t think I can accompany you to lunch. The discussion might take a while..." Usually, they are always going to lunch together, but today she can’t make it, she feels sorry.
Andrew touched her nose while saying, "It’s okay, but we will have dinner together, right?" Mel nods. Andrew got up from bed and carried his wife to the dining table.
"Wow... you already prepared all of this delicious breakfast?" Mel was stunned when she saw a lot of food on the table. Even though there is no her favorite food, grill meat. She still feels happy to eat and enjoys her husband’s cooking.
"Eat and drink more, dear. You’re going to need it...." He said while watching his wife devour all of the dishes he cooked for her. "Why do you suddenly want to go to X Team Basecamp? Is there a new case?"
Mel shook her head as she put down her spoon before looking at him... "I want to discuss something with brother Alex." She pauses, trying to think of the right words.
"About what?"
