Chapter 235: Revealing Other Identity
Meanwhile, in the outdoor garden, Andrew stood silently in his place. His eyes see the street down there while his mind remembers her first encounter with his wife. It was right in this little garden.
He smiled, remembering the events that night when her wife and Anna appeared and sat in the gazebo in front of him. Time flies, and it is flying fast. He did not know her before. But now, she has become an inseparable part of his life.
She becomes his most significant one within only a few months later. After the fateful meeting with his wife that night, Andrew’s life has changed significantly. He was so grateful for it.
After a while, standing motionlessly, he heard someone calling him. He turned around towards the source of the voice calling his name but using "Mr" in front of it. He saw Hiro strolling at him in a rush. He only nodded, greeting him without speaking.
Hiro stood beside him while looking at the busy streets of the central district ahead.
"Hiro, if it’s just the two of us, don’t use "Mister." Just my name..." Andrew glanced at Hiro. "And, I want to thank you for helping my wife all this time."
Hiro was stunned to hear Andrew’s words. He suddenly thanked him. Hiro always thought Andrew never really cared about the people around his wife, except if they were families.
Andrew continued, "My wife told me all about you and your family."
"Mr. Andrew..." He paused before continuing... "Sorry, I mean, A-Andrew... no need to thank me. I did it because that’s my job. That’s what I had to do. You know, if it wasn’t for her, I would still be a clueless orphan and never have the chance to find and meet my parents. So, I owed Mel that much, and I don’t think I could ever be able to pay her back." He laughs and tells Andrew again how he coincidentally met Mel as a hacker who helped find his parents.
Andrew, who heard Hiro’s story for a moment, felt he had heard of this story somewhere. But where? After trying to remember, his eyes widened; He was shocked when he realized something.
