Chapter 205: Deep Talk
Mel checked grandpa before eating. She entered Grandpa’s treatment room. She saw her grandfather was sleeping. Her heart immediately shrunk, afraid her grandfather was in a coma again.
"Dad, what’s wrong with grandpa?" Her voice sounded panicked.
Seeing his panicked daughter, Alan Tanner smiled. "Don’t worry, he’s just asleep. I was the one who told him to sleep, and it seems he’s still under the influence of drugs too."
Mel was relieved and immediately sat down at the dining table. The three of them ate without speaking. Occasionally Andrew put pieces of meat and vegetables on Mel’s plate. They look very harmonious, like a married couple.
Alan Tanner was sitting across from them. He was happy to see his daughter had a man as good as Andrew. And, being able to eat with his daughter at one table and watching her eat made Alan Taner gleeful.
He still remembers in his mind that on his father’s birthday, they ate at the same table, but his daughter didn’t touch the food at all. It made him sad. But at that time, he couldn’t do anything because their relationship was still distant.
Now things are getting better...
He smiled happily in his heart while talking to his wife Linda in his heart. He tells her late wife; Their daughter now turns into a genius and beautiful young woman.
"Daughter... have you got Andy Tanner’s evidence?" Alan Tanner asked when he saw his daughter had finished her meal.
