Chapter 99: Windy
After finishing her work, Mel immediately sat in front of Windy.
"You look more beautiful today, Windy," Mel smiled while observing her best friend, who looks different than usual. After a while, she realized..."Wow, Windy, are you wearing more makeup than usual?" Mel is surprised because Windy is the most conservative among the three of them, Anna and herself. Windy also doesn’t like parties, doesn’t like to look glamorous, and uses any makeup. She was famous for being nicknamed Saint Mary at college.
But now this girl is wearing makeup? Does she now have a crush on a man?
Mel chuckled in her heart, thinking about Windy having a crush? One thing that is unlikely to happen shortly, she once said she would not be in a relationship until she was 30 years old.
Windy, who hears Mel talk about her makeup, instantly her face ashen, she taps her cat frame glasses for the umpteenth time. She was nervous.
Mel smiled at her nervousness. ’She did have a crush on a boy, huh!!’ Mel knew Windy very well. She could read through her gestures.
"N-No... stop talking about me." Windy cleared her throat then she continued... "Boss... how are you? You look more glowing. Something good happened to you?" Windy was amazed to see the aura on Mel’s face that was getting brighter, making her look like an angel who had a light on her face.
Mel laughed... "Windy, just the two of us, call me Mel."
Windy Nods.
Mel stopped teasing Windy because now her face was turning ashen she looked like she was afraid her secret would be exposed.
’Fine Windy... I will spill this news to Harry and Anna. Let’s see if you still can keep your secrets from them, the gossip predator’ Mel smiles quietly, proud of her idea.
