Chapter 224: The Crown Prince is Engaged!?
Gwen, standing beside Amber, was amazed to hear Amber’s plan. She quietly laughed in her heart while glancing at Korina.
"Korina, your information is indeed the best! How could you find that valuable information?" Gwen wanted to know if Korina’s information was accurate or not.
Korina turned to look at Gwen, who didn’t seem to believe her. "My Father! You know my father, right?"
Gwen nodded in amazement. If this information came from Korina’s father, then she believed it. What Korina said earlier will happen. She knows how capable Lord Dazro is.
Now Gwen is curious to know who will be chosen by Crown Prince Eleon to open the dance tonight. Her heart beat faster, imagining the Crown Prince would be walking around the dance floor looking for his dancing partner.
In Gwen’s mind, she starts to make a plan. She will use her ability to control the Crown Prince’s mind, charming him. She hopes crown prince Eleon’s mental mind wouldn’t be as strong as she was. She quietly smiles while trying to calm her mind. She didn’t want her friends to read her joyful feelings. Especially Korina. If Korina knew what she was thinking, she would definitely insult her.

Clavelina smiled widely, looking at the invited guests who looked at her. She could see from the look in their eyes that sparked curiosity. She could also hear whispers among those guessing what announcement she was going to say. She feels excited to immediately tell everyone that her son will open the ball with his fiancé.
She raises her wine glass to get everyone’s attention to be quiet for a moment. Suddenly there was no sound as if they were all frozen at their place.
"Welcome all!" A beautiful smile frames her face before she continues her words, "I will announce to you the good news. The Crown Prince will be opening the summer ball tonight with his beautiful fiance...." Clavelina paused, looking at how shocked everyone was.
She can’t help but smile again before continuing, "Ladies and gentlemen, are you curious about who is the woman who can grab the Crown Prince’s attention? Alright! I won’t linger any longer here..." Clavelina laughed lightly, then she gave a sign to the musical orchestra to start playing the opening music. As the music begins, Clavelina calls her son. After that, she rushed off the stage.
