Chapter 152: Second Ability is Active
Clavelina couldn’t hide her joy because Allynna had finally accepted her gift.
"Alright then...let’s go in. We can chat inside. It’s getting cold outside..." Clavelina gracefully stood up from her chair. Allynna quickly followed her into the house. They chatted on the sofa facing each other.
Allynna is entirely clueless about Clavelina because she rarely reads or watches the news about the royal family. Makes her confused to start a conversation with her. "Allynna, I’m really amazed by you. I never knew a young lady at your age could cook and bake. I know a young lady from a prominent family here never entering the kitchen. They were too pampered from childhood. They love to be surrounded and served by servants." She smiles bitterly. If only she had daughters, she wouldn’t spoil them. She would train them to be rugged and versatile.
"Aunty, since childhood, I was taught by my adoptive mother to know how to do basic things to take care of the house. But, after I grew up, my mother forbade me to do all that. She said I just need to focus on studying." Allynna smiled at the thought of her adoptive mother.
"What a great adoptive mother you have, Allynna...." Clavelina is grateful that Allynna was adopted by such parents. Until now, this girl has become so independent and intelligent. She also grew into a beautiful girl.
While they were chatting, Allynna suddenly saw something strange in Clavelina’s body. It made her whole body suddenly feel cold when she saw black dot-like blackberries fruit in her lower dantian. She thought she was hallucinating, but after several tries to see, the black dot in Clavelina’s body was still there. And the black dot seems to suck her energy.
Instantly her heartbeat rises. Her breath was heavy as if someone was smothering her mouth to stop breathing. In her mind, she desperately calls Leon’s. It all happened so fast. It was as if she suddenly had a heart attack. The moment Leon appears to her side, she sees nothing but darkness. She can’t even hear Leon’s voice. Clavelina stared in horror at what was happening in front of her. She froze, not knowing what to do. Then when she saw her son suddenly appear right next to Allynna, she felt relieved.
