Chapter 123: Flint Moon
"Wow! My old friend, you look younger every time we meet...." Leovaris took a few steps towards his friend, "Why did you suddenly visit me after all these years?" Leovaris asked while accepting his friend’s warm embrace.
"Hahaha, My friend Leovaris, of course, because I miss you!" Flint Moon said and released Leovaris’s hug when he saw Leon. "Prince... you look even bigger now. Come closer. Let this old man give you a warm hug too." Flint Moon said, smiling happily at the handsome young man in front of him. His future grandson-in-law if his granddaughter wasn’t kidnapped.
When Leon was young, he could never stay beside Grandpa Moon for long because the aura emanating from his body was so strong. He had always been afraid of him, mainly when he was still serving as General of the Army. But now, Leon no longer feels that way. Allynna stays in her space longer, so she doesn’t have to meet her grandfather, not for now. If Grandpa Moon saw Allynna’s face, he would know that Allynna was his missing granddaughter, Alysha.

"Grandpa Moon, how are you?" Leon finally could speak after Grandpa Moon released him. They all sit facing the emerald lake now, with Leovaris’s seat in the middle.
"Prince, this old man, still fine and strong... But lately, I feel so bored staying on my lonely island. That’s why I came here to play with the Emperor." Flint Moon unexpectedly chirped.
"Former... Flint, you now have amnesia?" Leovaris laughed.
"Bwahaha, sorry, my old friend... I have been staying on my island for too long, so I forgot about the conditions outside. How’s your son doing?"
"He is fine and capable of leading this Empire." Leovaris offers his friend a cup of tea.
"Same here. My useless son can finally lead the army, and I can retire in peace...." He said in a voice that suddenly turned sad. His son is really useless. Since he lost his daughter, he seems to have lost his way. For years he did not focus on his duty as a leader in the army. He is just looking for traces of his baby daughter. It was only in the last ten years he was willing to become General of the entire army in this empire.
