Chapter 114: Ridiculous
"Apologize, your highness. I will pay more attention to my actions..." Xavier answers Leon through his mind.
Leon ignores Xavier and eats the cake he used to eat on Anders’ birthday. He had heard, this cake was always made in two. One for Anders and one for Alysha. He couldn’t describe his feelings about this.
Should he be happy to see Allynna enjoys eating this delicious cake? Or should he be sad because this cake was made by her biological mother!? A woman who never ceases to believe her daughter will someday knock on her door and hug her. Hence, the mother always bakes two identical cakes every time Allynna’s twin brother, Anders, birthday.
He increasingly wanted to make her quickly master her mental mind. Tomorrow, he planned to take her to White Island again to train with his grandfather and check her current progress.
Leon silently took a deep sigh.
A few moments later...
Xavier remembered the news he had heard from the palace. He observed Leon beside him who was now staring at the lake in front. Xavier was contemplating whether he should ask him about this news or not. After some time, he decides to ask.
"Your Highness, I went to the palace earlier and received information that there will be a ball party in the palace in a few weeks. Will you come?" Xavier asks.
He knows Leon doesn’t like to attend events like this. If he came, he only watched the party from a distance without ever wanting to blend with the other guests. But now, it’s different. Leon has a companion, was he going to use this party to officially introduce his sister? Xavier was curious.
