Chapter 134: Growing Suspicious
When the boys were talking downstairs, Iris was supposed to sleep but couldn’t sleep at all, even though her eyes felt heavy.
Her mind couldn’t stop thinking, especially when she saw that the room’s interior had changed a lot since the last time she saw it, a week ago. Before, this room only had a simple bed in the middle, a small wardrobe, and a bathroom.
But now? She felt like she was entering a new part of his house.
"Why did he redecorate this bedroom?" She mumbled while strolling through the room, which had become twice as big as before.
The color of the room had become more mature with earth-tone colors.
She also spotted a few pieces of art, like paintings hanging on the white wall and a few objects that she didn’t understand, but metal and gold accessories in a few spots — they all looked gorgeous.
And when her eyes fell on the new room connected to her bedroom, she gasped, shaking her head in disbelief.
"Gosh! He even made this beautiful study room?"
Iris couldn’t help but feel that Xavier was trying hard to impress her. He had created a beautiful study room almost surrounded by a bookshelf.
What stole her attention now was the study room, surrounded by French windows with stunning scenery outside. In the corner of the study room, there was a modern sofa set with pastel colors in the corner.
Looking at this place, she felt she was returning to her old apartment in her last life. Somewhat, she felt a warm feeling engulfing her. The thought of wanting to visit her country came to mind.
