Chapter 511: Find The Traitor
The next day.
Rose, who still hadn’t woken up since the long and complicated surgery, was now transferred to the patient’s room.
The whole family was in the VIP room waiting for her to wake up, but by that afternoon, Rose had not yet regained consciousness.
This worries Evan and the rest of the family. Only Nicholas looked calm. He asked the rest of the family to return to the hotel and come back tomorrow — he was confident his daughter would wake up soon. But he couldn’t predict the time.
Didn’t want to make a fuss. Old Spencer and Collins returned to the hotel, followed by the others. Now, in the spacious VVIP ward room, only Evan accompanies Rose.
He sat by the bed and stared at her pale face. Occasionally he would massage her hands while talking to her casually, hoping she could hear him and wake up soon. But no progress was made until nightfall.
Later...
Oscar, Sam, and Gavin entered the room. The four of them talked in the sofa area about the progress of their investigation.
"Boss, I found the person who leaked Lady Boss’s location..." Oscar reported what Evan had asked him; to find out who leaked Rose’s location.
Evan had long suspected someone on his team of betraying him because that bastard Willard Harper always stepped into action when he wasn’t at Rose’s side. This feeling emerged since his accident in the US last year.
And before flying to Paris, he had asked Sam to keep Rose’s schedule a secret while she was in the Vale City.
