Oliver looked at James in shock. But, a few seconds later, he realized something. He turned his gaze to Rose, "What the hell, Rose! You, you told him!?" He snapped.
"Wow, chill, Oliver! I didn’t tell him directly, but he guessed it." Rose answered briefly. She didn’t have time to talk about it. She only cares about the news out there."Oliver, what do you mean you can’t do anything about the news out there!?"
Oliver could only take a deep breath feeling angry, but he couldn’t express it. This woman was his Boss and his best friend, a naughty friend.
"Your husband already took care of everything. He made a press release that he married you. He also clarified that the photo of the woman he was with at the Spencer Hotel was you..."
Rose was surprised. Isn’t he still on the plane?
"He also said he would take legal action against all media outlets and A-Netz who write news and defamatory comments. Damn!! Evan is one step ahead of us, Boss. That’s why I couldn’t do anything." Oliver continued.
Rose couldn’t hide how happy she was to hear this. Finally, her relationship with Evan was revealed. As James said, this method can diminish the negative news about her out there.
But she was still confused. How did Evan do it? Isn’t he still flying to South City?
