Chapter 420: Married To Work
"Evan, Rose, you guys coming..." Doris was the first to notice them. She stood from her seat and approached them. She didn’t give her son a chance to take Rose upstairs to rest, but she immediately dragged Rose to join Amanda and the others in the seating area.
"Oh my, Sister Rose... I thought you would stay in the hospital until next year." Keira smiled when she saw Rose sitting with her aunt. Then she turned her gaze to Evan, who stood beside Rose. "Brother Evan, you can join grandpa over there. This is for women only..."
Keira’s words were met with laughter from Doris and the others.
Evan, "..."
"Evan, Kei is right. Can you give Rose some space!? She must be tired of you taking care of her like that...." Amanda was a little annoyed at Evan for forbidding her from visiting her niece during her stay in the hospital. Gosh!
Evan was speechless. Why did all of them attack him!?
Just as Evan wanted to say something, he saw Rose shake her head as if she was asking him to leave. Without saying a word, he went to join his grandfather.
"How’s your hand, sis?" Keira asked after she saw Evan leave.
"It doesn’t feel comfortable. I really want to take this cast off!" Rose’s face turns gloomy as she looks at her hand. This healing process was a little too much for her to bear.
