Chapter 414: Sorry I Make You Cry
Nicholas Spencer came out of the surgery room. He was surprised to see almost all of his family standing before him with their worried-looking faces.
"Why do you guys look so gloomy?" Nicholas Spencer smiled and walked towards his wife. After taking Molly’s hand, he looked again at all of them...
"I feel touched that you are all here, even though tonight is Christmas Eve. You should all stay at home for dinner together...." Nicholas felt apologetic. After a moment of pause for a few breaths, he continued, "My daughter is fine. She will soon be escorted to her room. However, she was still under anesthesia. I’ll let her rest. You all can see her tomorrow."
Everyone was relieved after hearing Nicholas Spencer’s explanation.
"Father, Uncle Collins, you can go home and celebrate the dinner party with the others...." Nicholas said.
"No need. Let’s have dinner here... I have set the table for dinner in one of the empty VIP wardrooms." Doris had discussed this with Molly before. And they agreed to move their family dinner to this hospital.
"Yes, I agree with sister Doris. I also want to wait for Rose until she wakes up..." Amanda said. She would not leave the hospital until she spoke to her niece.
"You brat... don’t send me home. I will stay here. My two granddaughters are injured, and I won’t be able to sleep well at home. Doris, can you prepare a room for me?" asked Old Spencer.
"Yes, I will arrange the room." Doris smiled.
