"Thank goodness! You finally woke up, Kei." Rose smiled at Keira. "Can you walk?"
"Huh!? What..." Keira asked as her eyes looked to the other side of the room. She was surprised when her eyes fell on the bald man sitting on the floor not far from the bed — Tears started to flow again. "S-Sister... so this isn’t a dream? I was really kidnapped?"
Rose was speechless.
"Keira, please stop crying. We might lose our lives here if you still delay my plan to leave..." Rose scolded Keira, who was crying so hard, like a child who had just lost her favorite toy.
As a Spencer, this stupid Keira was considerably weak. If they left this place alive, Rose would ask her grandfather to train Keira. This girl needs physical and mental training, so she doesn’t get scared quickly.
"Listen to me carefully. We’re going to get out of this room. All you have to do is follow me, yeah. I can’t support you to stand... I need my focus and energy to take care of the gangster on our way out! Including this bald man."
Rose couldn’t lower her guard against the bald man. She felt suspicious of the bald man—his evil aura was too strong, but his face and demeanor seemed too gentle on her. He was wearing a mask.
She was starting to worry. Keira didn’t answer, and there was apparent confusion in her gaze. Is she still in shock by this incident?
"Keira. Look at me and tell me you can do it!?"
"I-I’m Sorry. C-Can you repeat it, Sister Rose?"
"Can you get out of this bed and walk by yourself?"
