Rose, still deep in thought, was taken aback by his words. Slowly, she turned her gaze towards Evan, who stood a few steps before her. For a moment, she just stared at him without saying anything. For some reason, her tongue feels stiff. This man, why does he spoil her so much?
Evan pinched his temples when he saw his wife’s beautiful face seem to seduce him. Slowly, he stepped forward as his hand gently held her face. Their eyes meet.
"No need to thank me, my wife...."
Rose’s whole body instantly felt warm when Evan’s warm lips touched hers. That passionate kiss could bring her body back to life after feeling blue. As their lips parted, and she was still panting, she called out his name, "E-Evan..."
"Ms. Collins! If you call me ’Evan’ again, I will kiss you hard...." He chuckled when he saw her bury her mouth with her small delicate hands. She looks so adorable and just seeing her blushing face makes his body down there awake. Damn!
Rose took a few steps back to avoid him. She could tell by the look in his eyes what this man was thinking. Rose wasn’t going to arouse him. Not tonight when she was so tired.
Gosh! My wife. Do you think you can hold me by taking a few steps back? You can’t escape tonight, my dear wife!
Just before Evan wanted to pull Rose, he heard her ask,
"H-Hubby... didn’t you already give me three properties?" Rose asked. A few days ago, she selected three properties in her favorite cities in several countries.
"That’s because you only chose three of the hundreds of properties I own. And, you also choose the cheapest." Evan took a deep breath as he advanced toward her. He pulled her between his arms. "So, Ms. Collins, I’ll pick a wedding present for you tomorrow..." His whisper sounded like seduction in Rose’s ear.
