Evan looked at his father before saying, "Father, that’s why I really hate you when you are against my relationship with Rose! Even though she doesn’t carry her father’s last name, she is the woman I like. You should respect my choice!" Evan felt angry about how cheap his father said about Rose’s background. Evan ignored his father’s apology. His father should apologize to Rose, not him. He looks at Uncle Marcel, "Does the first uncle know who the patient he treats? I mean, he already knew it was Molly?" Evan asked.
