Chapter 49: Meet Steve Adkins
Rose and Evan sat in the private room at the Italian restaurant waiting for Steve Adkins.
"Rose, may I ask you?"
Rose looked at Evan beside her. She nods.
"Why do you suddenly want to invest in a new startup company like Flash?" Evan actually wanted to acquire this company as well. But because Rose wanted to do so, he would step back after hearing her reason first. He is worried Rose does not understand the e-commerce business. Because there is no similar business model established in this country like Flash.
He hoped that Rose’s reason was similar to his, who saw that this business had a bright future if it was developed properly. And have a strong starting foundation.
"To be honest with you, this business will not be able to generate profits quickly...." Rose smiled when she saw that there was curiosity in Evan’s eyes. "Of course, I have an idea for this venture! You think I just casually bought this company?" Rose laughed slightly. "But, I’m sorry, Mr. Collins! I can’t tell you what my plan is yet. This is a secret...." Rose proudly said. Of course, she had thought of a way to make this company progress faster than ever. In her memory, she had a 10-year-cheat of her previous life.
Evan felt relieved to hear how confident she was. He knows his girlfriend is brilliant, and indeed she has a similar point of view to him.
