For some reason Lin An felt every displeased when he saw tears in Jingyui eyes. He took in a deep breath and said "Shen Yi and I are not having an affair."
"Then why is she here?" Jiang Jingyui asked in confusion.
"Apart from the fact that we are friends, she came to deliver a message from Li Lingyun."
"Yes. If you don’t believe me then I can call Li Lingyun right now, he knows I’m here." Lin Yan said. She was actually about to dial Li Lingyun number when she heard Jingyui saying "No. Don’t call."
She looked at Shen Yi and said "I’m sorry. I wasn’t thinking straight for a moment there, please forgive me."
"I understand, there is nothing to forgive." Lin Yan said with a smile.
Lin An let out a deep sighed. This was why he hated relationship, they always come with drama. He looked at Jingyui and said "If this is going to be your reaction every time you see Shen Yi here, then I hope you don’t come here again."

"Shen Yi is like my sister. I care for her and I love her but only as a sister, if you can’t handle that then we can never be in a relationship." Lin An harshly said
Jiang Jingyui eyes became watery as she said "I’m sorry" before leaving.
After Jiang Jingyui left, Lin Yan looked at her brother and said "This is why you are going to end up alone for the rest of your life."
