Chapter 92: Worst Timing
After meeting with the Old Man, Lin Yan entered the room that she and Li Lingyun always stay in whenever they visit the old house and saw Li Lingyun sitting on the couch with his laptop on his lap.
Li Lingyun looked at Lin Yan and asked "What are you holding?"
Lin Yan smiled as she bought out her two hands that was behind her back. One hand had a bottle of wine while the other held a glass.
Li Lingyun sighed and said "How did you collect that? Grandpa has been reserving that wine for a special occasion."
"Well, he should have hidden it better and besides this is a special occasion, you promise to teach how to hold my liquor or have you forgotten?" Lin Yan said with a mischievous smile on her face.
Li Lingyun could see the mischief in her smiled but he still said "Apart from the fact I will be expecting a video call in a few minutes, this is neither the place or time to teach my wife how to hold her liquor."
Lin Yan walked closer to Li Lingyun until she stood in front of him and said "I know that the walls of this house is sound proof and for your video call, I’m sure Gu Wei can handle it."
Li Lingyun looked at Lin Yan silently for a moment before taking his phone and dialed a number, when the call went through he said "Can we have the meeting tomorrow morning?"
"Something important came up and I won’t be done until after some few hours. Thank you." Li Lingyun hanged up the call and sighed when he saw a beautiful smile on Lin Yan face. He place his phone and laptop aside and pointed to his lap as he said "Come here."
Lin Yan placed the wine and the glass on a table close to the couch and rather than just sitting on his lap, she straddled him and wrapped her hands round his neck.
Li Lingyun smiled at her action and asked "Were you always this naughty?"
