Huh? What was he talking about, how can she date him? "We are already married so what is the use of us dating?" Lin Yan said as she tries to escape answering his question.
"Will you date me?" Li Lingyun asked again.
"I.... don’t know." She didn’t know if she ever want to be in a relationship again. Yes, she admits that she has began to feel attracted to Li Lingyun but she didn’t want anything to distract her from her revenge.
Li Lingyun nodded and said "Goodnight."
Lin Yan felt disheartened when she saw Li Lingyun going up to his room. Her brother was right, she can’t fall in love again especially not with Li Lingyun. With that in mind, she went to Li Xiao room and smiled softly when she saw the little girl sleeping.
Lin Yan pulled off her shoe and entered the bed quietly, she hugged Li Xiao close to her and was happy when the little girl did not wake up.
All of sudden she felt the vibration of her phone and saw it was a message that says ’I agree to take the compensation.’ After reading the message, Lin Yan switched off her phone and fell asleep while holding Li Xiao.

Li Lingyun woke up very early to check up on his daughter and was surprised when he saw his wife and daughter together on the same bed sleeping peacefully. He left the room quietly and called Gu Wei, after the call went through he said "Prepare the car, we are going to the old mansion first."
