She was implying that if Jack really believed she had been wronged, he should not blame her for being ruthless to Yeliz.

"Have you no regard for the reputation of the Leinster family?
"Is this how you, the patriarch of this family, handle things?"
Zachary sniffed, "What’s the point of being the patriarch of the family if I can’t even protect my own wife?"
Jack’s face darkened. Naturally, he knew that Zachary was satirizing him for his failure to take good care of his mother.
