Chapter 84: Honeymoon or Vacation?
Matthias still wasn’t satisfied with his date night with his wife while in Guam. Having come all this way to this beautiful place, it would be a shame not to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. Furthermore, he hadn’t had much work to complete recently, and he had already instructed his assistant to clear his schedule for a week. He wanted to spend more time with his wife in Guam.
Matthias took his wife kayaking. He had previously wanted to go kayaking with her, but his wish was thwarted due to her accident two years ago. Now he can enjoy it thanks to shooting a product commercial that brought him good luck. He is very grateful to his wife for accidentally signing the strange contract, which now gives them the opportunity to go on vacation together.
Victoria chose to sit in front of her husband, holding a paddle. Her body was now protected by a tankini swimsuit, a life jacket, knee and elbow pads, and a helmet to protect her head from impact. Her husband sat behind her, wearing a similar appearance, except he wore a plain t-shirt to cover his broad chest.
Victoria was unsure what kind of kayaking she wanted to do, having never done it before. However, Matthias insisted on kayaking, and of course he wouldn’t refuse.
"By the way, should I row in a hurry?"
Matthias laughed heartily, kissing the crook of his wife’s neck deeply. "Do you want us to drown?"
"I’ve never kayaked before. Aren’t you the one who wants us to sink?"
"Okay, I’ll give you some instructions so we don’t actually drown. Just paddle slowly and follow my rhythm. If you follow me, we won’t drown."
"What if I fail and cause us to sink?"
"Number one thing we’re going to do is give you CPR."
