Chapter 260: Serena, Do You Need My Help?
Harvey leaned his head against the seat, waiting for a call from his team tracking Sawyer’s car. He was curious to know where Sawyer lived.
Minutes went by, and his patience started to fade when they still hadn’t called. He shifted his gaze to the bodyguard next to the driver. "Call them!" he commanded coldly.
With his eyes closed and index finger tapping on his thigh, he waited for his bodyguard to finish calling the other members. Instantly, his expression hardened upon hearing their conversation over the phone.
Taking a deep breath, Harvey narrowed his eyes at his bodyguard, who had just ended the call. He understood the outcome without his guard saying a word: they had failed.
"Master, they failed to follow the target. Now, Master Sawyer’s cars are chasing our people, which is why they can’t report to you immediately. I asked them to lure those people away from our location, and they are looking for an opportunity to attack them."
"What the hell are they doing? How could that bastard spot them? Are you sure you asked our best people to follow him?" Harvey couldn’t believe a simple task to track Sawyer had failed again. This wasn’t the first time they hadn’t found his destination.
"Yes, sir. I chose them personally. They are all the best among our people," the bodyguard explained, feeling stressed. He still couldn’t believe his master’s younger brother had capable people to identify and even pursue his team.
"Make sure to trap and catch them all. If you have difficulty capturing them, get a few backups. You need to ensure you capture every last one. I plan to use those individuals to pressure my bastard little brother!"
"Yes, master. We won’t fail this time!"
"You better be. Otherwise, you’ll face the consequences," Harvey snapped before exiting the car and walking to the private elevator underground for the tenants on the top floor.
Today, Harvey decided to stay over at his condominium near the office to handle something important; it concerned the news on the internet. He couldn’t believe his wild party video was still trending on several websites.
