"I can help you meet Andy Bennet, but whatever decision he makes, I can’t interfere. I’m just his friend and have no connection to his company." Sayer stated.
"Understood, little bro. That’s exactly what I want," Angela answered, her eyes excitedly shining. She was determined to convince Andy to collaborate with her company. "Can I meet him now?"
Sawyer quickly declined to arrange a meeting with Andy.
"Well, I’m sorry. Not right now, sis. He’s here for personal reasons, and it would seem unprofessional if you insisted on meeting him now."
Angela nodded, understanding Sawyer’s perspective. "I agree with you. But please make sure it happens within this week."
"Okay, I will try. Sis, you can go back now," Sawyer replied, rising from his seat. He had left the backyard too long and was worried someone might be looking for him. He didn’t have the energy to explain his wedding to Angela.
Before Sawyer headed to the door, he turned to her. He said, "Sis, I hope you keep your promise not to tell anyone about this house, especially Mother and Harvey!"
"You have my word, Sawyer Jones! I will never reveal anything about this place..." Angela smiled as she walked with him to the door.
