Chapter 245: Gift
The night turned out fine; it was amazing. Arren was truly happy and grateful to celebrate his birthday this year. After all, they have experienced a lot of things lately, and that will continue in the coming days or even months.
To be able to celebrate his birthday with his loved ones was already enough to be thankful for. Since this day, Arren has had a different outlook on his birthdays, and he was sure not to take this day for granted again.

The two only watched him eagerly open the gift. It was only a small box, and Arren already guessed it was some jewelry, but when he saw what was inside the box, his eyes widened slightly, and he turned to his father in disbelief.
"T-This..." Arren opened his mouth to speak, but because of his shock, he stuttered and couldn’t even finish what he was supposed to say. The Duke only chuckled at his reaction, which seemed he already expected.
Duke Evan nodded at his son, his smile not leaving his lips. He slightly glanced at Spade, who was also amused by seeing Arren’s reaction to his father’s gift.
Arren was really stunned at the gift that he had to touch the real things in his hands to make sure he wasn’t dreaming! He also grabbed the picture that was with the key.
