The Nagas, who had been swarming to kill him, were engulfed in flames, burning away. The crackling of fire and the stench of scorched flesh filled the air. After a brief moment, Kim Do-Joon withdrew his energy.
Around him lay nothing but the charred remains of the Nagas. There were dozens of them, their lives snuffed out.

Not all of the Nagas were dead, though. A few on the outskirts had managed to escape just in time, avoiding the flames.
