The house stood two stories tall with clean modern lines that balanced sophistication with approachability. Large windows reflected the evening light while the attached garage could easily accommodate two vehicles.
Garage space for the GTR and maybe another car later on, perhaps for my dad or visitors.
A covered porch stretched across the front entrance, supported by pillars that added architectural beauty without feeling pretentious. The yard was spacious without being overwhelming, offering privacy without isolation.
"The owner built this five years ago," Davidson said, leading Noah toward the front door.
"He had to relocate for work before he could properly enjoy it."
The interior opened into a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. Kitchen visible through an archway, staircase leading to the second floor, everything flowing together with thoughtful design.
It looks pretty good; the owner really has good taste.
"Three bedrooms upstairs," Davidson continued on his tour.
"Master suite with attached bathroom, two additional rooms perfect for offices or guest spaces."
Office space for a gaming setup. Guest rooms for family visits. This could work.
"What’s the purchase plan arrangement?" Noah asked, already imagining his furniture arranged in the generous living space.
