Chapter 25: Duo(18+)
The trio of girls returned to their rooms while Seraphine, Luna, and Marissa had a sibling chat. Seraphine was especially pleased to see that Marissa was now able to walk and had found newfound confidence in herself as a duke’s daughter. Meanwhile, Hiro was playing with Luna, enjoying teasing her cat-like reactions.
"Mraw! Nya!" Luna exclaimed, grabbing one of Hiro’s tentacles. But Hiro’s other tentacle attempted to reach for her ears, which Luna dodged with ease. He then dangled his tentacle like a cat teaser wand, and Luna jumped to catch it while still managing to dodge Hiro’s attempts at capturing her.
"Hiro... she’s a princess, not a cat," Seraphine said with a forced smile. "Luna, stop playing with someone else’s symbiote. You might injure it."
"Come on, uncle!" Luna frowned.
"I am your cousin... please don’t call me uncle..." Seraphine sighed, visibly taking an emotional hit.
Hiro tilted his head. Seraphine seemed to scold her, but it didn’t seem too serious. Did that mean he was implicitly allowing Hiro to play with Luna like this?
Meanwhile, Rebecca was crying on her bed, hugging Hiro as she sobbed. She covered her face with his tentacle. Hiro sighed internally at the girl who had just faced a harsh reality. There was little he could do except caress her head until she fell asleep. Rebecca was a failure. That’s why she was cast out. Hiro promised to always cherish her, even if someone better showed up.
Once Rebecca was asleep, Hiro decided to spend time with Nana and Cecile.
Like an eager puppy, Nana was excitedly waiting for Hiro. However, this time, Hiro didn’t want to play with her alone. He brought Nana to Cecile’s bedroom.
"Eh, Nana?" Cecile was surprised to see her.
"Well, Hiro seems eager for us to play together," Nana said with a sly smile. Nana often serviced Alex together with Rebecca, so she felt no shame doing Hiro with Cecile.
